How to show Wholesaler Registration form?

Find the created form

After creating a form in the app admin page > Wholesaler Registration Form > Form, a form page will be created.

Approach #1: Just click Eye icon to preview the form

Approach #2: You can check the form by getting back to Shopify admin page > Online Store > Pages, see screenshot:

For example, add the form link to Header:

From Shopify admin page, click Online stores > Navigation
From Navigation page, click Header menu
Click Add menu item
Fill out the item Name and select the form Link
Click Add > Save menu
View the result in the front end
