2. How long does it take to receive my extension after purchasing?
When you finish your purchase, we will immediately send you an email including a download link for you to get the module. In addition, the link for downloading your paid extension will be provided for you in your account. Please go to My Account ⇒ My Downloadable Products to see the available link and download the extension.

4. Can I ask for a refund after purchasing your extensions?
You absolutely ask for a refund after purchasing our extension as long as the number of your purchase days does not exceed 30 days because we only make a refund for a period of 30 days since the day you completed orders on our site.
5. What cases can I get a refund?
BSSCommerce offers 30-day Money Back Guarantee for all of our products. If you have any problems running extension, concerns about the refund term, or support and installation service, please kindly contact us. If the extension fails to function properly due to a bug and we cannot support to fix it, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. However, we stand behind our products and will assist customers in solving problems first.
- Before a refund will be granted, the customer must enable us to try and solve any problem related to the extension. Contact us via Email or Skype and please provide us the information related to problems. We handle problems as they come but it may take us up to 5 business days to solve an issue.
- Note that refund request which is to be made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be given a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the extension or if the extension was purchased for evaluation purposes. Before purchasing any of our product, please read the product details and also check the DEMO very carefully. Only if you are completely satisfied, the product should be purchased.
- Refunds will not be granted in case coding conflicts are related to any third party extensions/themes that are installed on your store. We can offer our support service in fixing conflicts for an additional charge.
- Please remember that we will not refund any fee you paid for installation and customization services.
