Our app allows you to create up to 20 referral rules. Every rule has the following attributes:
- Status: Enable or Disable
- Priority: A number between 0 and 99, 0 is the highest priority
- Referrer Rewards: The reward given to those who make a referral/refers another.
- Referee Rewards: The reward given to those who are invited to a referral/ referred by another
Only one rule is applied at a time. To select the right rule that could be applied, the app does the following steps:
- Choose the rules with Enable status.
- Choose the rules which are applied to the current customer.
- Choose the rules with the highest Priority.
- If they have the same priorities, the earliest created rule will be applied.
