Our app allows you to set up the referral app flow so that you can decide who can join your referral program. You can choose one of the following app flows:
- Allow logged-in customers only
- Allow all customers: guests and logged-in customers
Go to Apps > Bloop: Rewards & Referrals > Referral Program
Under Referral App Flow Configuration,
- If you want both referrers & referees to log in or create account to join the referral program/receive rewards, please select "Allow logged-in customers only".
- If you want all customers in your store to join the referral program/receive rewards without logging in or creating account, please select "Allow all customers: guests and logged-in customers".
Note: We recommend you should select the first app flow (Allow logged-in customers only) because the second one could cause some fraud problems if your customers know some technical knowledge.
