For Image and Text label, the product must be included in the product list chosen in Theme editor:
Kindly select the products you want to show labels on.
For sold out and sale products, only products on sale will have "Sale" labels on them, and products out of stock will have "Sold out" labels on them.
You should make sure that the labels you mentioned have been applied to the right products according to the above logic.
