What to do if I updated my theme and the locked page doesn’t work?

After updating the theme, please go to B2B Login Access Management app and click Install to reinstall all of the rules so that our app will be aware of your new update and adapt to it.

Option 1: Go to the app > Rule Management > Install the rules

Option 2: Disable all the features and enable them again

Go to B2B Login Access Management app > A banner “App is ENABLED on your store. To stop all functions, please click DISABLE NOW. In case you need to remove all codes from theme. Please click HERE before uninstallation” > Click DISABLE NOW > Click ENABLE NOW to activate the rules again.
