Why can't my customers create an account?

Your customers might report that they try to use the Create an Account button and are redirected to the Homepage instead of the registration page.

That time, you might accidentally disable the Accounts. To fix it, please go to Admin > Settings > Checkout. Under Customer Accounts, choose Accounts are optional.
