After you changed your theme, please go to our app and save all the registration forms again as we acknowledge your update and adapt to the new theme.
Go to Apps > B2B/Wholesale Solution > Wholesale Registration Forms > Forms > Click on the Pen icon of each form > Save all the forms again.
Our app is built to work perfectly fine with all of Shopify’s free themes, therefore, after saving all the forms, they should appear on your pages. However, if you still cannot see the forms, it could result from the page containing the form being built by a third-party provider or your new theme being customized and not compatible with our app. Please contact sales@bsscommerce.com with more detail and we’re happy to support you with this issue.
